Om Alone
Individual Session
$77 (45 min.)
A personalized session using crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and other instruments to support deep rest and realignment. You will lie comfortably and receive the vibration passively. I practice a trauma-informed, hands-free service. These sessions are tailored to your energetic needs and can address emotional stress, fatigue, tension, or general disharmony.
Includes: Guided grounding, full sound bath with crystal bowls and other natural instruments, gentle integration at the end.

Invite shared resonance to your next event! Sound Circle can host events with up to 4 participants. Or, I can bring the music to your yoga class, family, or social gathering within 100 miles of Cape! Also booking virtual corporate wellness sessions for employee stress reduction.
Includes: Grounding and intention setting, sound journey with instruments I provide, silent rest period for reflection at the end.
Virtual Sessions: Each participant must have headphones; closed ear cups are best for an immersive experience.

I will review your birth chart with active transits and match it with supporting vibrations. This works best with the exact time of birth, along with the date and location.
Includes: Focused discussion of an astrological transit occurring now, personalized sound bath with balancing frequencies informed by your chart, gentle integration to finish. Remote clients will need a place to relax and headphones.
