Sound Bath

A personalized sound session using crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and other instruments to support deep rest and realignment. You will lie comfortably and receive the vibration passively. These sessions are tailored to your energetic needs and can address stress, fatigue, tension, and general disharmony.
Includes: Intention setting, guided meditation, chakra energy reading, full sound bath with crystal bowls and other natural instruments, and a gentle integration at the end.

Invite shared resonance to your next event! Sound Circle Studio can host events with up to 4 participants. Or, I can bring the vibes to your yoga class, family, or social gathering within 100 miles of Cape! Be showered in sound from crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and other natural instruments.
Also available for virtual corporate wellness sessions.
Includes: Grounding and intention setting, sound journey with instruments I provide, and reflection at the end.
For Virtual Sessions: Each participant will need a place to relax and headphones; closed ear cups are best for an immersive experience.
